Do you do customs?/When will customs be open?
As of right now, customs are closed and there is no plan on re-opening them. The only exception for customs is if your size isn't listed in the size chart.
Is there a waitlist for orders?
No, there is no waitlist.
If I am in-between sizes, what size should I select?
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
We wait 48 hours before packing orders for address changes. Please email support@xtaintedthreadsx.com with your correct shipping address. Any emails sent 48 hours after the drop are not guaranteed to be seen before your package gets sent out.
How long does shipping take?
All items purchased from drops will be shipped within 3-5 business days with standard shipping (3-5 business days). Upgraded shipping options available during checkout. MTO pieces have a 6-8 week processing time.
How often do you do drops?
We try to have at least 2 drops a month and there is no time frame between drops. Follow our instagram @xtaintedthreadsx to stay up to date on new drop dates and latest updates.
What is MTO?
MTO means 'made to order' and allows for your color choice of elastic/mesh. These pieces are not one of a kind, and have a processing time of 6-8 weeks.
My package was lost/damaged/stolen in the mail, what should I do?
Tainted Threads is not responsible for lost/damaged/stolen packages, so please keep this in mind when entering a delivery address.
Any delivery issues will need to be addressed with your post office.
No refunds or replacements will be given. This applies to all orders.
