Since every piece is one of a kind, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges. 

We have a lifetime warranty on elastic string repairs and single stitch seam repairs for the original purchaser. We do not cover wear and tear. The lifetime warranty does not cover seam repairs on cover stitches. If you are in need of a repair, please send us an email at support@xtaintedthreadsx.com. Customer covers shipping to us, and we will cover the shipping cost back to you.
